好耐冇打壁波

自從隻手傷咗之後便開始懶惰
近乎零運動之下肚腩日漸彭漲
真係要的起心肝郁吓先得喇
今天去了打壁球
一小時 hea 住打
總好過冇郁過嘅
但夜晚又食返咁多
睇嚟都好難回復當年嘅身材了
